Where can i download the app?

You can download the AXS app on either the App Store or Google Play Store. However, your estate will have to be enrolled to be able to use it.

Will i be charged anything?

The AXS app is free to download and use for residents.

I do not know the exact details of my address (e.g. Street Name or Suburb). What must i do?

Please contact your estate directly for this information.

How long will it take to be approved as a resident?

Your estate manager has control over this, but it should not take longer than a few days. If this period of time has passed, try contacting them directly.

Can more than one family member per household use the app?

Yes, simply sign up for another account using their information.

Can i trust the service providers listed?

Yes, we only list certain service providers who meet our high standards.

What do we pay?

This is determined by the size of the estate, how many residents it has, as well as how many visitors it has on average per month.

How do we get started?

Simply fill in the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to implement?

Your estate can be up and running in less than 24 hours if required.

What does it include?

After enrolling with AXS, estate managers will have access to two back-end panels (estate admin and security), giving them control over the entire estate from visitor entries and exits to communications and more. Residents will have access to the app, providing them with a number of features as described on the homepage.
